Jumps run only in the morning because thermal activity and wind speed increase after midday, often forcing operations to close earlier than the published 11:00 end time. The four-day weekly schedule reflects aircraft maintenance rotations and instructor availability across both Skydive Dubai campuses. Walk-ins are not accepted; every slot must be booked in advance through the operator's reservation system, and each jumper completes a medical declaration and liability waiver on arrival. The 2,199 AED tandem rate includes the jump itself, a harness briefing with a certified instructor, and mandatory medical insurance valid for the day of the jump. Photo and video packages—shot by a third instructor who jumps alongside the tandem pair—are priced separately and purchased on-site before boarding the aircraft.
